RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SPLITTING OF
SPECIAL ASSESSM21TS ON PARCELS 1800 AND 1805, AUDITOR'S
SUBDIVISION NO. 23 AND REPLA'ITIM; INTO BROTTLUND ESTATES
ADDITION
WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with respect to certain
land and said land has subsequently been subdivided.
NON7, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the assessments levied against the following described parcel, to-wit:
