RESOLUTION NO. 136 - 1984
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION, LOT SPLIT, L.S.
#84 -02, TO SPLIT LOT OFF THE SOUTHERLY 30 FEET OF LOT 7,
BLOCK 4, UNIVERSITY nUiSTRIAL PARK AND ADD IT TO LOT 8,
BLOCK 4, UNIVERSITY MMSERIAL PARK, THE SAME BEING 7922
RANCHER'S ROAD NE
WHEREAS, The City Council approved a lot split at the April 16, 1984 meeting;
and
WHEREAS, such approval was to split off the Southerly 30 feet of Lot 7, Block
4, University Industrial Park and add it to Lot 8, Block 4, University
Industrial Park, to provide additional parking for an existing industrial
building at 7922 Rancher's Road NE; and
WHEREAS, the City has received the required Certificate of Survey from Mr.
Gerald Paschke; and
WHEREAS, such approval will provide parking for an industrial building site.
NOW, IiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council directs the County of
Anoka to record this lot split within six months of this approval or else such
approval shall be null and void.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 17TH DAY OF
DECEMBER, 1984.
