RESOLUTION NO. 34 - 1984
RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MUNICIPAL STATE -AID FUNDS TO A
MUNICIPAL OFF SYSTEM PROTECT
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of Fridley to
construct a bituminous sidewalk located south of and adjacent to 73rd Avenue
from Central Avenue to Stinson Blvd. within the limits of said municipality,
and
WHEREASt said construction project has been approved by the Department of
Transportation State Aid Office and identified in its records as S.A.P. No.
127 -020 -06.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that we do hereby appropriate from our
Municipal State -Aid Funds the sum of $23,600 dollars to apply toward the
construction of said project and request the Commissioner of Highways to
approve this authorization.

MARCH, 1984.
