BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fridley as follows:
' 1. That it appears in the interests of the City, for the continued
development of the Center City Area, that certain structures be relocated or
demolished and removed. The structures to be removed are all the buildings,
retaining walls and parking lots on the property bounded by University Avenue
on the West, 5th Street on the east, Mississippi St. on the north and the
Fridley Civic Center on the south.
2. That the Public Works Director, John G. Flora, City Hall, Fridley, MN, is
hereby authorized and directed to draw plans and specifications for this work
and to advertise for bids for the demolition and removal of said structures.
