RESOLUTION NO. 61 - 1984
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE IN THE
MATTER OF A CABLE TELEVISION RATE INCREASE REQUEST
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has received a formal application from Storer
Cable for an increase in Basic Service Rates on May 7, 1984; and
WHEREAS, the City Charter and the Cable Communication Rates and Rate Change
Procedures Ordinance No. 765 require a public hearing in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the City is to schedule a public hearing not less than 20 days nor
more than 40 days from May 7, 1984;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council will meet on the 18th day of June,
1984 at 7:30 P.M. at the City Hall in the City of Fridley for the purpose of
conducting a public hearing on the requested Cable Television Basic Service
Rate Increases noted in the notice attached hereto and made a part thereof by
reference Exhibit "A ".
