RESOLUTION NO. 69 - 1984
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS FOR THE COUNTY OF ANOKA
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley built a parking lot and an access road for the
' Camnunity Park, and
WHEREAS, the amount of $49,805.30 was assessed to the County of Anoka, and
WHEREAS, the county was only able to obtain $24,494.09 from the Metropolitan
Council, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council does authorize the
abatement of $25,311.21, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council agrees to take this money to pay
for the abated amount out of the Camunity Park Fund.
