RESOLUTION NO. 88 - 1984
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE SIX CITIES WATERSHED MANAGEMENT
ORGANIZATION BUDGET FOR 1985
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has entered into a Joint Powers Agreement to
establish the Six Cities Watershed Management Organization; and
' WHEREAS, the Joint Powers Agreement requires the member cities to approve the
organizations annual budget; and
WHEREAS, the Organization has submitted it's budget for 1985 to the City for
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Fridley
does approve the budget submitted by the Six Cities Watershed Management
Organization for 1985; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said budget submitted be authorized for special
assessment for the City of Fridley portion as established in the Joint Powers
Agreement.
