RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MUNICIPAL STATE -AID FUNDS TO
C.S.A.H. OR TRUNK HIGHWAY PROTECT
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the city of Fridley to
participate in the cost of a construction project located on C.S.A.H. No. 1
(East River Road) within the limits of said municipality; and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the Department of
Highways and identified in its records as S.P. No. 02- 601 -26.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that we do hereby appropriate from our
Municipal State Aid Funds the sum of $12,377.94 to apply toward the
construction of said project and request the Commissioner of Highways to
approve this authorization.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 6TH DAY OF
AUGUST, 1984.
