RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 1984
RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH THE
COUNTY OF ANOKA FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF 44th AVENUE
(CSAH #2) FROM MAIN STREET (CR 102) TO 577' +/- WESTERLY
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Fridley enter into an agreement with the
County of Anoka for the following purposes, to wit:
To reconstruct and widen street including concrete curb
and gutter, red brick treatment of the median, bituminous
surfacing and channelization of the above referenced
street. All improvements will be made in accordance with
the terms and conditions set forth and contained in said
joint powers agreement, a copy of which was before the
City Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper officers of the City of Fridley be and
hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on
behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein.

AUGUST, 1984.
