I-le stated values for previous years or taxes of previous years are rot to be consiciered at this meettng. Hir. Madsen stated persons wishing to be Yieard should have re�istered tl7eir xntent with the Assessor's Offioe. M�yor Nee stated all propert�.es in the City are inspected every four years and adjustrnents in the values reflected in 'rhe fincu.ngs of 'rhese apprai.:als, Ns. t+ladsen stated the City now uses a computer appraisal systern and all �xoperties rrcalculated every year.
