RESOLUTION NO. 1 - 1985
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO
SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Minnesota as
follows:
' Mr. Edward Hamernik is hereby designated to serve as a director of the
Suburban Rate Authority, and Mr. John Flora is hereby designated to serve as
alternate director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the year 1985 and until
their successors are appointed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 7TH DAY OF
JANUARY, 1985.
