RESOLUTION NO. 107 - 1985
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE CIVIC CENTER CONSTRUCTION
PROJECT AND THE TRANSFER OF $250,000 FROM THE CAPITAL
' IMPROVEMENT RESERVATION OF FUND BALANCE, AND $250,000 FROM
THE GENERAL FUND RESERVATION OF FUND BALANCE FOR FIXED
ASSET REPLACEMENT
WHEREAS, the Civic Center of the City of Fridley was built in 1966; and
WHEREAS, the physical structure of City Hall is in need of certain types of
repairs and refurbishing; and
WHEREAS, the City has been allocating money over the years to prepare for
this; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council does hereby establish the
Civic Center Construction Project; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City of Fridley authorizes the transfer of
$250,000 from the General Fund Reservation of Fund Balance for the Replacement
of Fixed Assets to that Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council authorizes a transfer of
$250,000 from the Capital Improvment Reservation of Fund Balance for Fixed
Asset Replacement

DECEMBER, 1985.
