RESOLUTION NO. 112 - 1985
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGENT OF RECORD FOR
PROPERTY- CASUALTY INSURANCE FOR THE CITY OF FRIDLEY
WHEREAS, the cost of property- casualty insurance premiums has escalated
dramatically in the past year; and
WHEREAS, the services of an insurance agent can assure appropriate insurance
coverage and risk management services for the lowest available cost; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley that
the City Manager be authorized to select T. C. Field and Company as agent of
record for the City of Fridley and to execute a risk management and insurance
contract with the same company.
