RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE COMBINING
OF
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON LOT 11 BLACK 1, MIDWEST ADDITION,

MM, AND

WHEREAS, certain special assessments have been levied with
respect to certain

N3W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
