RESOLUTION NO. 59 - 1985
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY (POLICE GARAAGE)
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley and the Fridley Housing and Redevelopment
Authority have jointly constructed a Police Garage and walkway system; and
' WHEREAS, part of the City of Fridley Police Garage currently sits on land
owned by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority; and
WHEREAS, it was agreed upon that the City of Fridley would purchase that land
from the Housing and Redevelopnent Authority; and
WHEREAS, the garage is now completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley that
the City of Fridley agrees to purchase from the Housing and Redevelopment
Authority 9,029 square feet of area for $35,000.
