A RESCLUTION APPROPRIATI�U MUNICIPAL STATE -AID FUNDS TO
COUNTY STATE AID HIGWAY (C.S.A.H.) - 44TH AVENUE PROTECT
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of Fridley to
participate in the cost of a construction project located on C.S.A.H. No. 2
' (44th Avenue) within the Limits of said Municipality. (AS per Joint Powers
Agreement with Anoka County authorized by City Council at their August 20th,
1984 meeting); and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the Minnesota
Department of Highways and identified in it's records as S.A.P. 02- 602 -10, and
WHEREAS, the project has been completed and the County of Anoka Highway
Department has billed the City for $7,323.97 (City Share) for the improvement
costs of said project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
that the City hereby appropriates from the Municipal State Aid Funds the sum
of $7,323.97 to apply toward the completed construction of said project and
request the Commissioner of Highways to approve this appropriation.

SEPTEMBER, 1985.
