RESOLUTION NO. 68 - 1985
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF FRIDLEY TO ENTER INTO
AN EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
THE STATE OF MINNESOTA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley that:
1. The City of Fridley enter into, with the State, Department of Public
Safety, Emergency Management Assistance Grant Agreement No. ; and
2. The Public Safety Director for the City of Fridley, James P. Hill, be
authorized to execute the agreement and thereby assume for and on behalf of
the City of Fridley all of the contractual obligations contained therein.

SEPTEMBER, 1985
