L:velopaent on the 100�-7t�iin Drive-in property, the City advertised and
r�eived b�ids for thre�: pcojects: Water and Sanitary Sewer Project #162
i icluded the utilities for the Woodbridge Developnent; Denolition and Site
G rading project #163 f��r the demolition of the existing facilities and
F:eparation of the s,it�� for the street and proposed structures; and Street
I npravenent Project St„ 1986-1 & 2 included Phase II which was the road
s arfaoe and walkway �ystems within the Woodbridge Development. All
c mtracts had a 60-day a�razd period.
Z ze 60-day award per:iod for the contracts expires on June 15, 1986.
��ordingly, if we are to mave o�n this work util iz ing the bids received,
t ie City O�uncil should vonsider aaarding the oontracts at their June 12,
1�86 special meeting.
4�e City has r�ot reoei�ied the Indirect Source Permit for the Woodbridge
� ite and therefore oor�;truction caru�ot ooam►enae t�til it is issued. It is
a zticipated to be reoe:ived by about July 15, 1986 because of the 30-day
F�blishing requirenent associated with it. Aaoordingly, Projects #162 and
� l63 o�uld be awarded i�ontingent upon the Indirect Source Permit with a
c>nstruction start no earlier than July 30, 1986, and all other dates
� � ipped a minimm o�f 61� days.
A:tion regarding Phase II of Street Tmpraveaent Project St. 1986-1 & 2 can
t: delayed for a peria3 of ti.me as Phase I of the project bas already been
a�arded.
