RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO
SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Minnesota, as follows:
Edward Hamernik is hereby designated to serve as a director of the Suburban
Rate Authority, and John Flora is hereby designated to serve as alternate
director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the year 1986 and until their
successors are appointed.
