A RESCLUTION ORDERING THE RELEASE OF TEMPORARY EASEMENTS
WHICH WERE OBTAINED IN CONDEMNATION NO. 26120, TENTH
JUDICIAL DISTRICT, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA,
THE CERTIFICATE OF ATTORNEY EUR PETITIONER WHICH WAS FILED
ON APRIL 26, 1966 IN THE OFFICE OF THE ODUNTY RECORDER AS
DOCUMENT #286658, BOOK 714 MISCELLANEOUS, PAGE 406; AND
FILED IN CIE OFFICE OF THE RBSIS"TRAR OF TITLES AS DOCUMENT
#54959 CN APRIL 26, 1966
WHEREAS, certain Temporary Easements were condemned in 1966 to accomodate a
Storm Sewer Improvement project; and
WHEREAS, the Temporary Easements were required to construct and install the
Storm Sewer Utilities but are not required for the ongoing maintenance
operations of same; and
WHEREAS, the above condemnation did not specify a termination date for the
Tenporary Easements and should therefore be released.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Fridley
hereby authorizes the release of all the Temporary Easements obtained in the
' above mentioned Condemnation No. 26120,
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRI LEY THIS 3RD DAY OF
FEBFUARY, 1986
