RESOLUTION NO. 12 - 1986
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE STATE OF MIIIlQESOTA'S TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT,
TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT #63313 (OPTIODM- EMERGENCY
VEHICLE TRAFFIC ODNTRCL SIGNAL PRE - EMPTION SYSTEM)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Fridley enter into an agreement with the State
of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit:
For the construction, revision, maintenance, operation and removal of
Emergency Vehicle Traffic Control Signal Pre - emption Systems by State
forces on a reimbursable basis at Trunk Highway No. 65 at Mississippi
Street, and on Trunk Highway No. 47 at Mississippi Street, 57th
Avenue, 73rd Avenue in the City in accordance with this agreement, a
copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESCVED that the proper City officers are hereby authorized to
execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all
of the contractual obligations contained therein.
