meeting; and
WHEREAS, such approval was to split the North 362.23 feet of the South 877.87
feet of all that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 2, T-30, R-24, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Westerly of State Trunk
Highway 47 excepting the Easterly 600 feet thereof; and the Easterly 600 feet
of the North 425.23 feet of the South 877.87 feet of all that part of the
Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, T-30, R -24, Anoka
County, Minnesota lying Westerly of State Trunk Highway 47 from all that part
of Lot 1, Block 1, Vantage Companies Addition, together with the North 425.23
feet of the South 877.87 feet of all that part of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 2, TL30, R -24, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying
Westerly of State Trunk Highway 47, generally located at 8150 University
Avenue N.E.; and
WHEREAS, the City has received the required Certificate of Survey from the
owner.
IOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council directs the County of
Anoka to record this lot split within six months of this approval otherwise
such approval shall be null and void.
