RESCLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE STATE OF M NNES(Yl'A' S TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT,
TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT #1887 -R
(OPTIOOM- EMERGENCY VEHICLE TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL
PRE- EMFPION SYSTEM)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Fridley enter into an agreement with the State
of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the follaving purposes, to wit:
For the revision, maintenance, operation, and removal of Emergency
Vehicle Traffic Control Singal Pre- emption Systems by State forces on
a reimbursable basis at intersections in the City in accordance with
this agreement, a copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FUMER RESCLVED that the proper City officers are hereby authorized to
execute such agreement, and thereby assune for and on behalf of the City all
of the contractual obligations contained therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 24TH DAY OF
FEBRUARY, 1986
