WAEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to be in the
interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners affected thereby.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota as follows:
1. That the following improvements proposed by Council Resolutions are hereby
ordered to be affected and completed as required:
Repair and Maintenance of Wells No. 3 and 4
2. The plans and specifications under the direction of the Public Works
Director for such improvements are hereby approved and shall be filed with the
City Clerk.
The Public Works Director shall accordingly prepare and cause to be inserted
in the official newspaper advertisements for bids upon the making of such
improvements under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement
shall be published for three (3) weeks (at least 21 days), and shall specify
the work to be done and will state that the bids will be opened and considered
at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, the 22nd day of January, 1987, and that no bids
will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Public Works Director.
That the advertisement for bids for Repair and Maintenance of Wells No. 3 and
4 shall be substantially in the standard form.
