' RESCLUTION NO. 17 - 1986
A RESCLUTION RECEIVIW THE PRELIMINARY REPORT AND WAIVING
THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MATTER OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF
CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS: WATER AND SANITARY SEWER PROJECT

WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to be in the
interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners affected thereby.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley as
follows:
1. That the preliminary report submitted by the City Public Works Director,
is hereby received and accepted.
2. That the City Clerk shall act to ascertain the name and address of the
owner of each parcel of land directly affected or within the area of lands as
may be proposed to be assessed for said improvanents, and calculate estimates
of assessments as may be proposed relative thereto against each of said lands.
3. That the area proposed to be assessed for said improvements and each of
then as noted in said notice are all the lands and areas as noted in said
' notice: All of the same to be assessed proportionately according to the
benefits received.
4. That the estimates of assessments of the City Clerk shall be available for
inspection to the owner of any parcel of land as may be affected thereby.
5. That the improvements on Lake Pointe Drive and Woodbridge Drive are to be
constructed and assessed according to the signed development agreement between
the City and the HRA, and therefore no public hearing is required for these
improvements.
