RESCLUTION ORDERIM DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF STP
AND SITE GRADING
BE IT RESCLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley as follows:
1. That it appears in the interests of the City, for the development of the
100 Twin DriVe-In property, that certain structures be demolished and removed
and the site graded to prepare for developnent. The structures to be removed
are all the buildings, utility services, parking lots, projection screens,
speaker posts and other miscellaneous fixtures on the property presently known
as the 100 Twin Drive -In Theater in Fridley, MN. The earthwork to be
completed shall consist of soil correction and grading to prepare the site for
construction of utilities, streets and structures.
2. That the Public Works Director, John G. Flora, City Hall, Fridley, MN is
hereby authorized and directed to retain Sunde Engineering, Inc. to draw plans
and specification for this work and to advertise for bids f or the demolition
and removal of said structures.
3. That these improvements to the 100 Twin Drive -In property are to be
constructed and assessed according to the signed development agreement between
the City and the HRA.
