RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT - VANTAGE COMPANIES
ADDITION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the Vantage Company
Addition plat on February 26, 1986 and reommmended approval, and
WHEREAS, the City ODuncil also conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat
of Vantage Companies Addition at their Mardi 17, 1986 Council meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Fridley
hereby approves the plat known and Vantage Companies Addition and authorizes
the Mayor and City Manager to sign the final plat as prepared by Comstock &
Davis, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County is requested to record this plat within
six (6) months or said approval will become null and void.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 7TH DAY OF
APRIL, 1986
