A RESOLUTION TO CORRECT ERROR AND TO RESCIND DELINQUENT SEWER
AND WATER ACCOUNT CERTIFIED ON WEST 1/2 OF LOT 3, LUCIA LANE
ADDITION, AND TO RECERTIFY THIS DELINQUENT SEWER AND WATER
ACCOUNT ON EAST 1/2 OF LOT 3, LUCIA LANE ADDITION FOR THE
SECOND HALF OF 1986 TAX STATEMENT
WHEREAS, a delinquent water and sewer account in the amount of $260.24 was
certified to West 1/2 of Lot 3, Lucia Lane Addition payable on the 1986 Tax
Statement; and
WHEREAS, this delinquent water and sewer account in the amount of $260.24
should have been certified to East 1/2 of Lot 3, Lucia Lane Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the original certification be rescinded and the delinquent water and
sewer account be recertified, as follows:
West 1/2 of Lot 3,
