RESOLUTION NO. 61 - 1986
RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR A & R ADDITION, P. S.
#86 -03
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the A & R Addition
plat on June 18, 1986 and recommended approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council also conducted a public hearing on the proposed plat
of A & R Addition at their July 21, 1986 Council meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Fridley
hereby approves the plat known as A & R Addition and authorizes the Mayor and
City Manager to sign the final plat as prepared by Suburban Engineering with
the following stipulations:
1. Plat approval contingent upon approval of rezoning
2. Provide drainage and utility easements on final plat as requested by staff
3. Petitioner agrees to assessments for one half cost of Viron Road
improvements
4. Park fees on four lots to be paid with building permits (Subject to
prevailing rates)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the petitioner is requested to record this plat at
Anoka County within six (6) months or said approval will become null and void.
