RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF
'1RANSFORIRTION 70 PRRPICIPATE IN THE PROJECT OO.ST ALA
TFM HIGHWAY 65 (S.P. 0207) THHOEIGH COOPERATIVE AGRE1M1'
WHEREAS, major development in the Lake Pointe Corporate Center area requires
realignment of the existing intersection and the operations and safety of West
Moore Lake Drive and Trunk Highway 65 South of Moore Lake; and
WHEREAS, certain improvements are required along Trunk Highway 65 to provide
reasonable access to this commercial development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota as follows:
That the City is hereby requesting the Minnesota Department of Transportation
to participate in the project cost along Trunk Highway 65 (S.P. 0207) thru
cooperative agreement.
