• �M APPROVING AND RHONSTM AXXA COUNTY TO
PF1OCEED WITH IKPROVEKENTS ON CENTRAL AVENUE FROM TRUNK
E3GROX 65 TO IL100 FEET EAST OF TRUNK HIGHWAY 65
WHEREAS, plans for Project No. C.S.A.P. 020- 635 -06 (M.S.A.P. 127 - 020 -07)
showing proposed alignment, profiles, grades and cross - sections for the
construction, reconstruction or improvement of County State Aid Highway No. 35
(Central Avenue) within the limits of the City as a State Aid Project have
been prepared and presented to the City; and
WHEREAS, the improvement plans have been completed to further enhance the Lake
Pointe Corporate Center Development and improve the operations and safety of
the intersection at Trunk Highway 65 and Central Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley that
the above mentioned plans be approved and that Anoka County be requested to
proceed with the improvements on Central Avenue from Trunk Highway 65 to 1100
feet East of Trunk Highway 65.
