WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and neoessary for the City of Fridley to
reconstruct Central Avenue East of Trunk Highway 65 to further enhance the
proposed intersection improvement of Trunk Highway 65 at Lake Pointe Drive and
Central Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the Minnesota
Department of Transportation State Aid Office and identified in its records as
C.S.A.P. 020 - 635 -06 (M.S.A.P. 127- 020 -07).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley that
an appropriation from the Municipal State -Aid funds in the amount of
dollars be made to apply toward the construction of said project and request
the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation to approve this
appropriation.
