' RESOLUTION NO. 22 - 1987
REMOTION SETTM THE SIZE OF THE TREASURER'S BOND FOR
THE POLICE PENS Ni ASSOCIATION ACCOFdMM TO STATE STATUTE
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota, during the 1986 Legislative Session, adopted
a bill as recorded in Chapter 359, Subdivision 2, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has reviewed the controls in place in regard to
the Treasurer's function, and
WHEREAS, an increase in the bond for the Treasurer of the Police Pension Fund
is required under the State Statutes;
Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved, that the City Council of the City of Fridley
hereby goes on record as approving a surety bond in the amount of $50,000.
