RES 1987-25 - 00004606042 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the Plat, P.S. #87 -01, on January 28, 1987 and recommended approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council also conducted a public hearing on the proposed Plat of Longview 1st Addition at their February 23, 1987 Council meeting and approved the Plat at their March 9, 1987 meeting. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Fridley hereby approves the Plat known as Longview 1st Addition, with the Planning Commission stipulations attached as Exhibit A, and authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to sign the Final Plat as prepared by Suburban Engineering. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the petitioner is requested to record this Plat at Anoka County within six (6) months or said approval will become null and void. A revised layout which provides for four feet of planting area on west side of new building to be provided for staff approval (plan submitted for staff approval on February 4, 1987). 3. A landscape /site plan which addresses existing and proposed development to be implemented in two phases as indicated on revised plan dated March 3, 1987 submitted for Council review). 4. A building facade plan which provides architectural refinements to north and west elevations including existing block building, to be implemented in two phases as indicated on revised plan dated March 3, 1987 (submitted ' for Council review). 5. A storm drainage plan to be implemented with first phase development (plan droved by Public works on February 13, 1987). 6. A plan to screen propane tanks which includes berming, screening fence and landscaping to be provided for staff approval; included with landscape plan. 7. Items 2 -6 above to be submitted by February 9, 1987 (All items submitted). 8. Petitioner agrees to pay costs associated with relocation of 12 inch waterline around east and north of expansion. A 20 inch line to be installed on north -south segment; City to pay for costs of added size i.e. 12 " -20" and extend line 251 to the north beyond the relocated spurline. 9. Longview Fibre agrees to provide a 20 foot utility easement on east line of Plat prior to execution of Plat.
