TWO SEPARATE FARCE LS
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a lot split at the June 21, 1965 meeting;
and
WHEREAS, such approval was to split Lot 20, Auditor's Subdivision No. 92 into
two separate parcels. One being that part of the south half of that part of
Lot 20, Auditor's Subdivision No. 92, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies
north of the south 178 feet of said Lot 20, except the westerly 20 feet.
Together with that part of the south 178 feet of said Lot 20 lying west of the
east 75 feet of said Lot 20, subject to easements of record. The other being
that part of the south 178 feet of the east 75 feet of Lot 20, Auditor's
Subdivision No. 92, Anoka County, Minnesota, subject to easements of record;
and
WHEREAS, the City has received the required Certificate of Survey from the
owner; and
WHEREAS, such approval will create two separate residential building sites.
WW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council directs the County of
Anoka to record this lot split within six months of this approval or else such
approval shall be null and void.
