ST. 1987 -1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESCLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley as follows: 1. That it appears in the interests of the City and of the property owners affected that there be constructed certain improvements to-wit: Street improvements, including grading, stabilized base, hot -mix bituminous mat, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, water and sanitary sewer services, storm sewer system, landscaping, lighting, signals and other facilities located as follows: UNMERSITY AVE. Flora, City Hall, Fridley, Minnesota, is hereby authorized and directed to draw the preliminary plans and specifications and to tabulate the results of his estimates of the costs of said improvements, including every item of cost from inception to completion and all fees and expenses incurred (or to be incurred) in connection therewith, or the financing thereof, and to make a preliminary report of his findings, stating therein whether said improvements are feasible and whether they can best be made as proposed, or in connection with some other improvements (and the estimated cost as recommended) , including also a description of the lands or area as may receive benefits therefrom and as may be proposed to be assessed. 3. That said preliminary report of the Public Works Director shall be furnished to the City Council.
