NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka County, Minnesota as follows: 1. That the following improvements proposed by Council are hereby ordered to be affected and completed as required: ai:: 1: ;l I DD 1. The plans and specifications under the direction of the Public Works Director prepared by the firm of Toltz, King, Duvall and Anderson for such improvements are hereby approved and shall be filed with City Clerk. The Public Works Director shall accordingly prepare and cause to be inserted in the official newspaper advertisements for bids upon the making of such ' improvements under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published for three (3) weeks (at least 21 days), and shall specify the work to be done and will state the bids will be opened and considered at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, the 29th day of April, 1987, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Public Works Director and accompanied by a cash deposit, bid bond, or certified check payable to the City for five percent (58) of the amount of such bid. That the advertisement for bids for REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF COMMONS PARK WATER FILTRATION PLANT PROTECT NO. 164 shall be substantially in the standard form.
