A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION, LOT SPLIT, L.S.
#87 -05, TO SPLIT OFF PART OF LOT 6, BLOCK 1, PARKVIEW
MANOR SECOND ADDITION (SMALL TRIANGLE)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a lot split at the July 20, 1987 meeting;
and
WHEREAS, such approval was to split off part of Lot 6, Block 1, Parkview Manor
Second Addition, generally located south of Central Avenue and north of
Hackmann Avenue. The legal description is as follows:
That part of Lot 6, Block 1, Parkview Manor Second Addition, according to the
plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the county recorder in and
for Anoka County, Minnesota, lying westerly of and adjoining the following
described line: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 6; thence
easterly along the south line of said Lot 6 a distance of 18.00 feet to the
point of beginning of said line; thence northerly, deflecting to the left 90
degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds a distance of 17.13 feet, more or less, to the
northwesterly line of said Lot 6 and there terminating. Subject to easement
of record.
' WHEREAS, the City has received the required Certificate of Survey from the
owner; and
WHEREAS, such approval will split off part of Lot 6, Block 1, Parkview Manor
Second Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council directs the County of
Anoka to record this lot split within six months of this approval or else such
approval shall be null and void.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 20TH DAY OF
JULY, 1987
