RESOLUTION NO. 70 - 1987
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: WATER,
SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER PROJECT #169
WHEREAS, certain agreements requesting street improvements, including grading,
stabilized base, hot -mix bituminous mat, sewer, water, storm sewer and other
facilities, located as follows:
51ST WAY
BURLINGTON NORTHERN
RAILROAD EASEMENT
COMMERCE LANE
GLEN CREEK ROAD
EAST RIVER ROAD TO BURLINGTON
NORTHERN RAILROAD TRACKS
I -694 TO 1,700 FEET NORTH
OSBORNE ROAD TO SOUTH
STORM SEWER EXTENSION
were duly presented to the Council on 24th day of August, 1987; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted August 24, 1987 a
report has been prepared with reference to the improvement, and this report
was received by the Council August 24, 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley,
Anoka County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The Council finds and determines that said agreements were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the street(s) named as the location of
the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted August 24, 1987.
3. John G. Flora is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
He shall prepare plans and specifications and estimates of costs thereof for
the making of such improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 14TH DAY OF
SEPTEMBER, 1987.
