RESOLUTION APPROVING A REGISTERED LAND SURVEY FOR 4500
MAIN STREET N.E., TO SPLIT OFF TWO PARCELS, BOTH PART OF
LOT 1, AUDITOR'S SUBDIVISION NO. 79
WHEREAS, Chapter 211 of the Fridley City Code does not require formal
processing in the case of the subdivision for 4500 Main Street N.E.; and
WHEREAS, the lot split was determined to be unrecordable at Anoka County due
to complicated legal descriptions for Torrens property; and
WHEREAS, the petitoner has submitted a Registered Land Survey which would be
recordable at Anoka County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby pass this
resolution approving Registered Land Survey for CECO Corporation.
