RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY REPORT AND RECEIVING
A PETITION TO WAIVE THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MATTER OF
THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS: STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. ST. 1988 - 2
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to be in the
interest of the City of Fridley.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley as
follows:
1. That the preliminary report submitted by the Public Works Director is
hereby received and accepted.
2. That the Fridley HRA has requested these improvements and has agreed
by resolution to pay all easements relating to these improvements and to
waive their rights to a public hearing which is allowed under the normal
procedures set forth in Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 7TH DAY OF
DECEMBER, 1987
