BIDS FOR THE REPAIR AM XRIBUE1MNCE OF WELM NO. •
AND NO. 11 PRO= NO. 186
WHEREAS, the construction of certain improvements is deemed to be in the
interest of the City of Fridley and the property owners affected thereby.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley as
follows:
1. That the following iprovements proposed by Council Resolutions are hereby
ordered to be affected and coupleted as required:
REPAIR AND MAINMANC6 OF WENS NO. 6, 8 AND 11
2. The plans and specifications under the direction of the Public Works
Director for such improvements are hereby approved and shall be filed with
the City Clerk.
The Public Works Director shall accordingly prepare and cause to be rosette in
the official newspaper advertisements for bids upon the making of such
improvements under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement
shall be published for three (3) weeks (at least 21 days), and shall specify the
work to be done and will state that the bids will be opened and considered at
11:00 a.m. on Thursday, the 12th day of January, 1989, and that no bids will be
considered unless sealed and filed with the Public Works Director. That the
advertisement for bids for Repair and Maintenance of Wells No. 6, 8 and it shall
be substantially in the standard form.
