RESOLUTION NO. 26 - 1988
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION, LOT SPLIT, L.S.
#88 -01, TO SPLIT LOTS 5 AND 6, LUCIA LANE ADDITION, IN
ORDER TO CREATE THREE BUILDABLE LOTS, GENERALLY LOCATED AT
1133 - 1145 MISSISSIPPI STREET N.E.
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a lot split at the March 28, 1988 meeting,
and the Planning Commission stipulations attached as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, such approval was to split Lots 5 and 6, Lucia Lane Addition, in
order to create three buildable lots, generally located at 1133 - 1145
Mississippi Street N.E.; and
WHEREAS, the City has received the required Certificate of Survey from the
owner; and
WHEREAS, such approval will create three buildable lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council directs the petitioner to
record this lot split at Anoka County within six months of this approval or
else such approval shall be null and void.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 28TH DAY OF
MARCH. 1988

STIPULATIONS
1. Owner to supply a 15 foot bikeway /walkway easement on Mississippi Street
from Lucia Lane to Highway 65.
2. A park fee of $750.00 each for Tract A and B be paid prior to issuance of
building permits.
3. Driveway on Tract B to access Lucia Lane only.
4. Driveway on balance of Lot 6 to be as far east as possible.
5. Owner is responsible to notify prospective buyer of possible median on
Mississippi Street which could preclude easterly movement from Lot 6 and
7.
