RES 1988-44 - 00004400RESOLUTION NO. 44 - 1988 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION, LOT SPLIT, L.S. #86 -03, TO SPLIT OFF THAT PART OF LOT 36, BLOCK 3, MOORE LAKE HILLS WHICH LIES SOUTHWESTERLY OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LINE: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 1, GARDENA MELOLAND GARDENS, IN SAID ANOKA COUNTY; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY E %TENSION OF THE NORTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 1, A DISTANCE OF 31.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1 AND SAID LINE THERE TERMINATING, THE SAME BEING 6053 WOODY LANE N.E. WHEREAS, the City Council approved a lot split at the June 6, 1988 meeting, and the Planning Commission stipulations attached as Exhibit A; and WHEREAS, such approval was to split that part of Lot 36, Block 3, Moore Lake Hills which lies Southwesterly of the following described line: commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Gardena Meloland Gardens, in said Anoka County; thence Northeasterly along the Northeasterly extension of the Northwesterly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 31.00 feet; thence Southeasterly to the Northeast corner of said Lot 1 and said line there terminating, the same being 6053 Woody Lane N.E.; and ' WHEREAS, the City has received the required Certificate of Survey from the owner; and WHEREAS, such approval will create additional rear yard in order to allow a proposed house addition, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council directs the petitioner to record this lot split at Anoka County within six months of this approval or else such approval shall be null and void. The division /combination form signed by the fee owner and returned to the City before the building permit for the addition is issued. 2. The lot split be recorded at the Anoka County Courthouse within six months after City Council approval or before the building permit for the addition is issued. 3. The addition be constructed with building materials that compliment the existing house.
