RES 1988-50 - 00004411RESOLUTION NO. 50 - 1988 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGES IN APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE GENERAL FUND, GRANT MANAGEMENT FUND, AND THE HRA FUND FOR THE YEAR 1987 WHEREAS, the Government Finance Officers Association requires that all line items within divisions reflect a favorable account balance in the Annual Report; and WHEREAS, the City of Fridley has involved itself in initiatives that provide for future changes and modifications that will provide for a better delivery of service; and WHEREAS, the City of Fridley had not incorporated these and other necessary changes into the adopted budget for 1987.
