RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR WATER RATE INCREASES
WHEREAS, Section 402.13 of the City Code provides that the City Council shall
have authority to set water rates by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council had indicated a desire to provide an increase in
water rates; and
WHEREAS, the rates are to be effective with the December 1 billing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following water rate schedule for all
customers, except those qualifying for the senior citizen rate, shall be as
follows:
