RESOLUTION NO. 58 - 1988
A RESOLUTION TO CORRECT ERROR AND TO RESCIND WEED CHARGE
CERTIFIED ON PIN NO. 25- 30 -24 -42 -0012, AND TO RECERTIFY
THIS WEED CHARGE ON PIN NO. 25- 30 -24 -22 -0012 FOR THE
SECOND HALF OF 1988 TAR STATEMENT
WHEREAS, a weed charge in the amount of $105.80 was certified to Pin No.
25- 30 -24 -42 -0012 payable on the 1988 Tax Statement; and
WHEREAS, this weed charge in the amount of $105.80 should have been certified
to Pin No. 25- 30 -24 -22 -0012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That the original certification be rescinded and the weed charge be
recertified, as follows:
Pin No. 25- 30 -24 -42 -0012 Weed Charge in the amount of
$105.80 be removed from this
property
Pin No. 25- 30 -24 -22 -0012 Weed Charge in the amount of
$105.80 be certified to this
property, payable on the second
half of the 1988 Tax Statement.
