RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUBDIVISION, LOT SPLIT, L. S.
#88 -04, TO SPLIT A 4 FOOT BY 50 FOOT TRIANGLE OFF THE
SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 2, BLOCK 2, MARIAN HILLS
SECOND ADDITION TO BE COMBINED WITH THE PROPERTY TO THE
EAST, LOT 1, BLOCK 2, MARIAN HILLS SECOND ADDITION, ALL TO
CORRECT A CERTIFICATE OF SURVEY DONE IN 1969
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a lot split at the September 26, 1988
meeting; and the Planning Commission stipulation attached as Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, such approval was to split a 4 foot by 50 foot triangle off the
southeasterly corner of Lot 2, Block 2, Marian Hills Second Addition to be
combined with the property to the east, Lot 1, Block 2, Marian Hills Second
Addition, all to correct a certificate of survey done in 1969, generally
located at 1350 - 52nd Avenue N.E. and 1340 - 52nd Avenue N.E.; and
WHEREAS, the City has received the required Certificate of Survey from the
owner; and
WHEREAS, such approval will correct a certificate of survey done in 1969.
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council directs the petitioner to
record this lot split at Anoka County within six months of this approval or
else such approval shall be null and void.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FRIDLEY THIS 26TH DAY OF
SEPTEMBER, 1988
