' RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH A SUBSTITUTE
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER FOR THE FRIDLEY MUNICIPAL CENTER
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of February, 1988, the City of Fridley entered into an
agreement with Bossardt, Christenson Corporation for the purpose of providing
construction management services for the additions and remodeling to the Fridley
Municipal Center and the Fridley Municipal Ramp; and
WHEREAS, Bossardt, Christenson Corporation is in the process of dissolving and
it has been mutually agreed upon between the City of Fridley and Bossardt,
Christenson Corporation that this agreement of February 18, 1988 shall be
terminated; and
WHEREAS, Kraus - Anderson Construction Company has agreed to enter into a separate
agreement with the City of Fridley for the providing of construction management
services for the project.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley as follows:
1. That the City of Fridley shall enter into that agreement with Kraus -
Anderson Construction Company for the providing of construction management
services for the construction of the additions and remodeling to the
Fridley Municipal Center and the Fridley Municipal Ramp, which contract
is dated January 23, 1989.
' 2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to agree upon a maximum amount
of Reimbursable Costs which the City of Fridley will pay to Kraus - Anderson
Construction Company which amount will only be increased in the future
upon the mutual agreement of both parties and the formal approval of the
City Council.
