RESOLUTION NO. 24 -1989
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND FINAL PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES OF COSTS THEREOF: WATER,
SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER PROJECT NO. 188
WHEREAS, certain agreements requesting street improvements, including grading,
stabilized base, hot -mix bituminous mat, sewer, water, storm sewer and other
facilities, located as follows:

SOUTH OF 73RD AVENUE
were duly presented to the Council on the 13th day of February, 1989; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted February 13, 1989,
a report has been prepared with reference to the improvement, and this report
was received by the Council on February 13, 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fridley, Anoka
County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The Council finds and determines that said agreements were signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the street(s) named as the location
of the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted February 13, 1989.
3. John G. Flora is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
He shall prepare plans and specifications and estimates of costs thereof
for the making of such improvements.
